Application for admission to an Ontario university

By Ontario secondary school students (OUAC101).

For applicants currently attending an Ontario high school full-time. The paper version of the application form is available only at Ontario high schools. You can apply online at www.ouac.on.ca


All other undergraduate applicants for admission to an Ontario university (OUAC105)

For Canadian and international applicants who wish to apply to an undergraduate program for full-time studies and who have never taken courses at the University of Ottawa. You can apply online at www.ouac.on.ca


Application for Undergraduate Admission

Before you complete this online form, make sure that you satisfy at least one of the following criteria:

  • You wish to apply to the Aboriginal Teacher Education Program (ATEP) or to one of the following programs offered in French only: the B.Ed. en mode alternatif or the Education technologique programs?
  • You have previously studied at the University of Ottawa or Saint Paul University.
  • You are studying or have studied at the University of Ottawa in the last 24 months and you wish to be admitted to a faculty other than your home faculty. 
  • You want to study part time. 
  • You are applying for admission to the Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing for Registered Nurses, and already have a college diploma in nursing. 
  • You are applying for admission to the Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing - Second Entry Program. 
  • You are applying for admission to a certificate program. 
  • You are an international applicant seeking admission to the University of Ottawa. 
  • You have been asked to withdraw from your faculty and would like to apply to another faculty. 
  • You are taking part in a joint program between the University of Ottawa and La Cité collégiale. 
  • You are taking part in a joint program between the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College. 
  • You are applying for the National Program in law.

Note: Admission fees are applicable. No admission possible in 2nd year of the Nursing programs.

Non-Canadian applicants outside Canada who wish to apply only to the University of Ottawa may fill out the aforementioned online form.
